Tin Plate, Sevres Green
The design for this plate is from a porcelain plate produced in Sevres, France, circa 1830. Throughout the first half of the 19th century, the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres focused primarily on producing porcelain for government use or to give as diplomatic gifts. This design is based on a dessert service acquired by the 6th Duke of Devonshire (1790-1858).
10" food safe tin plate, not safe for microwave, hand wash only. History and provenance of plate printed on back.
